Who doesn’t love Amazon?

Prime Day is coming! October 8-9th you can find some amazing deals on self-care items and products that I’ve used for years to help me maintain good mental health. These products also make great gift ideas!

These items are tried and true products that I use myself in my daily life. I never share products I don’t truly love myself!

I also know how hard finding the perfect self-care gift can be. Ideally, you want to purchase something you think will resonate with the person you are buying for. Whether it’s for a friend who loves a pampering spa night or a family member who relishes quiet moments with a book, there’s an array of options to choose from that can convey your heartfelt consideration for their comfort and relaxation.

Prime Day is a great opportunity to try some new things, buy for that special someone, and save money at the same time!

Check out this ear seed kit for beginners! It has everything you need to start treating yourself and others!

Do you know that your ears contain over 100 acupressure points that correlate to different parts of your body? It wasn’t until I witnessed them help my daughter through food poisoning that I knew these little seeds were powerful.

3. Essential Oils

An essential oil kit like this one would make a fabulous gift! You can even make your own oil rollers at home by adding coconut oil to a glass roller ball vessel with a few drops of oil and they are great on the go too!
