Combining psychotherapy, medication, and alternative therapies may offer the best results. Working with a mental health professional to tailor your treatment helps address your unique needs and challenges.<\/p>\n<p>When I was diagnosed with PTSD I worked hard to put together a group of professionals that I knew could see me through my treatment, I continue to work with each of them to this day. They are my dream team!
